New Article for 253 Magazine,Tacoma's Proctor Art Fest

The July issue of 253 magazine is out with my article about this year’s Proctor Arts Fest. Here’s what’s happening – over 130 arts and craft vendors, farmers market, library book sale, three stages for live music/entertainment and intriguing food truck choices.
