Reading scary stories is fun. It’s like riding a roller coaster. You’re probably not going to die, but it feels like you might, just for a bit.

We’re all adventurers in our own way. Some of us climb mountains, while others watch spooky movies or crack open spine-tingling books.

Almost more fun than reading scary stories are writing them. Many of my own stories feature lovable characters, picturesque locations and soft feathery endings. But sometimes, my stories feature . . . other things, things like The Fairy Gothmother and bedroom beasties. Spookity ookity!
